Take it from your curly haired bestie! I have spent much of my life caring way too much what people think and wishing I was someone I’m not. God did not create me to be you! He created me to be ME! With all of my quirks and unique traits that make me Janice. My loud laugh. My bold “I never met a stranger” personality. My crazy and unusually optimistic vantage point.

Someone once told me that I don’t make lemonade out of the lemons life throws my way…I make lemon meringue pie! And honestly…she was right! I don’t want to see the glass half empty OR full…I want to see it overflowing!!

So with my favorite caramel crunch frappe in hand and my most-times unmanageable frizzy hair, I want to remind your heart that you don’t have to change who God created you to be! I need you to just be YOU. The world needs you to just be YOU.
